How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, send an email to support@fitpins.com with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Why can't I see spots on the map?
Make sure location permissions are enabled for Fitpins in your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. The app needs location access to show nearby spots.
How do I add a spot?
Tap the "+" button on the map or navigate to the Add tab. You'll need to be signed in to submit a spot. Fill in the location details, type, equipment available, and add at least one photo.
How does the points and ranking system work?
You earn contributor points by adding spots, leaving reviews, and uploading photos. Points accumulate on your profile and place you on the community leaderboard. The more you contribute, the higher your rank.
How do I report inappropriate content?
On any spot or review, tap the three-dot menu and select "Report." Our team reviews all reports and takes action within 48 hours.
How do I become a listed coach?
Visit fitpins.com/become-coach to submit your coach profile. Profiles are reviewed before being listed in the directory.
The app crashes or has a bug — what do I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, email us at support@fitpins.com with a description of what happened and your iPhone model and iOS version. We respond within 2 business days.
