1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FitPins ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

FitPins is a community-powered directory of street workout spots, outdoor parks, gyms, classes, and coaches worldwide. The Platform allows users to discover, add, review, and share training locations.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (spots, reviews, photos, coach profiles) to FitPins, you:

• Grant FitPins a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.
• Confirm that you own or have the right to submit the content.
• Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

FitPins has a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

• Is offensive, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Promotes violence, harassment, bullying, or hatred toward any individual or group
• Contains threats, intimidation, or incites harm
• Discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Is false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonates another person
• Constitutes spam, unauthorized advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party right
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or attempts to disrupt the Platform
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law

Enforcement: Any user who posts objectionable content or engages in abusive behavior will have their content removed and their account permanently terminated within 24 hours of a report being filed. FitPins provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. You agree to use these tools to report any violations you encounter. We reserve the right to take action without prior notice.

5a. Other Prohibited Conduct

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or the Platform's administrative systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without written permission
• Maintain more than one account or evade account suspension by creating a new account

6. Accuracy of Spot Information

FitPins is a community-driven platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any spot listings. Users should verify information independently before visiting any location. Training at any spot is done at your own risk.

7. Coach Listings

FitPins provides a directory of coaches for informational purposes only. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications of any coach listed on the Platform. Users are responsible for independently verifying coach credentials before engaging their services.

8. Intellectual Property

The FitPins name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of FitPins. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
